Jacks can be divided into three types based on their structural characteristics: rack jacks, screw jacks, and hydraulic (hydraulic) jacks. According to other methods, it can be divided into separate jacks, horizontal jacks, claw jacks, synchronous jacks, hydraulic jacks, electric jacks, etc. The commonly used jacks include screw jacks, hydraulic jacks, electric jacks, etc.
(1) Screw jack. The thread of the screw jack has no self-locking effect and is equipped with a brake. Release the brake and the heavy object can quickly descend on its own, shortening the return time, but this type of jack has a more complex structure. The screw jack can support heavy objects for a long time, with a maximum lifting capacity of 100 tons, and is widely used. After installing a horizontal screw on the lower part, it can also allow the heavy object to move horizontally for a small distance.
(2) Hydraulic jack. Used as an intermediate medium in hydraulic transmission systems, it plays a role in transmitting and converting energy, and also plays a role in lubricating, anti-corrosion, cooling, flushing and other functions among various components in the hydraulic system.
(3) Electric jack. The jack is equipped with a pressure retaining device inside to prevent overpressure. If overpressure occurs, the jack will not be able to return to a certain position. The special structure can provide dual protection for the jack. After installing a diving device on the lower weight, it can achieve the goal of low height and high stroke.
