Precautions For Using Jacks

Jack is a safe and reliable lifting equipment that generally does not have any problems, but there are also the following precautions when using it:
(1) The working medium of a general jack is YB-N32 hydraulic oil. When the ambient temperature is below 10 ℃, YB-N22 hydraulic oil can be used. When the ambient temperature is above 40 ℃, YB-N46 hydraulic oil can be used instead.
(2) The liquid level of the fuel tank should always be kept at the centerline of the oil mark during work to prevent the oil pump from suction. When refueling, use a 120 mesh oil filter to filter out impurities in the new oil. When used frequently, clean the oil filter every 2 months, clean the oil tank every 6 months, and replace with new oil.
(3) The normal working temperature of the jack oil pump is 10-50 ℃. If the oil temperature is too high, cooling measures need to be taken or the pump needs to be stopped; The oil temperature is too low, and heating measures or low-pressure operation need to be taken to increase the oil temperature.
(4) Before starting the motor, the directional valve needs to be shifted to the middle half position. Jog several times to prevent the high-pressure pump from emptying, and only use after removing air.
(5) The set working pressure of the pump at the time of leaving the factory shall not be arbitrarily increased.
(6) When high-pressure hoses leave the factory, they all undergo a pressure resistance test of 1.25 times the rated pressure. Due to the aging of the gel, users should pay attention to regular inspections and check every six months when using it for a long time. When conducting a pressure test, if there is leakage, protrusion, or explosion, it must be replaced. When using, avoid discounts and sharp bends, and do not get too close to the rubber hose to prevent explosion and injury. For fixed occasions, steel pipes can be used instead.
(7) The pump is maintained once a year. All parts should be cleaned with kerosene, and attention should be paid to protecting the matching surfaces of the jack. They should not be bumped arbitrarily. After assembly, all moving parts should move flexibly without local jamming
